The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Protection of Economic Competition” (re specification of terms)

The bill (Reg. No. 2756) suggests bringing the content of the term “union” in article 1 of the Law “On Protection of Economic Competition” in line with the terminology of the Law “On Public Unions” in order to ensure stable law-enforcement practice.

Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will refine legal regulation of the activity of business entities that unite.
